Bixby's Brooklyn Deli celebrates and maintains the best tradition of Jewish Delicatessen fare right in the heart of Bixby Knolls.

The deli offers breakfast favorites including fresh Bagels topped with Nova Lox and Cream Cheese or Smoked Whitefish Salad, Matzo Brei, and Corned Beef Hash as well as omelets, and Challah French Toast.

 

But the deli really shines in its traditional deli sandwiches like Chopped Liver, Egg Salad, Pickled Tongue and Brisket, and the heart and soul of the Jewish Deli: the Corned beef Reuben and Hot Smoked Pastrami on Double Baked Rye. The finest quality meat and spices, and elaborate curing, smoking and steaming are combined with outstanding double baked Jewish rye bread and careful preparation using cherished family recipes.
